Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and analytical finance leader to join our client’s growing team. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), pricing strategy, and financial modeling within a client services environment. This role will work closely with senior leadership across departments to drive financial performance, improve decision-making, and support long-term strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across business units
Partner with leadership on pricing strategy and client proposals to ensure profitability and competitiveness
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business planning, new service lines, client engagements, and M&A activities
Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency
Support client services teams with financial insights and customized reporting for client accounts
Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and create dashboards that track performance and align with business goals
Collaborate cross-functionally with client services, sales, operations, and executive leadership to align financial planning with business strategy
Prepare presentations and reports for executive and board-level meetings
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
12+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally in a professional services, financial services or consulting environment; 5+ in a leadership role
Proven experience in FP&A, pricing, strategic finance, and financial modeling; RFP helpful
Strong business acumen and ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools a plus (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Adaptive Insights)
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and client service–focused
