Payroll Specialist

- Should be well versed with all Factory compliance and dealing with workers, statutory compliance, grievances etc.

- Will be handling around 400-500 employees salary

- Knowledge of TDS calculation mandatory

- Strong knowledge of Excel to handle payroll calculations

- Knowledge of Spine payroll software would be an advantage

- Should be able to handle their on-boarding to Full & Final legalities

- Good communication in English/Hindi/ Marathi required

- Preferably from Manufacturing and accounts background

Qualification: Graduation in BCom. mandatory

Salary: Rs 3 lacs to 3.6 lacs p.a.
