Employment: Full Time Seasonal December 1st - Mid April

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Overnight position
• Reconcile transactions for the day
• Prepare all required daily and summary reports
• Provide courteous and professional guest services
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest concerns
• Complete late night guest check-ins and early morning guest check-outs
• Assist guests with luggage handling
• Perform late night housekeeping requests
• Provide early morning coffee service
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service preferred
• Quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Mathematical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Positive attitude, professional manner, and appearance in all situations

Work Schedule

• Shifts any day of the week, 5 days a week from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am
• Weekend and Holiday work required
• No vacation as this is a seasonal position

Accommodations

• Both live out and live-in positions available
• For live in positions, onsite housing available in shared dormitory style rooms. Bi weekly room and board charge of $125 includes three meals a day
• Meals provided while on shift for live out employees
• Ski pass included
