Job Overview:
We're hiring a dependable and detail-driven Bookkeeper to manage financial records and ensure accurate accounting across all aspects of our operation. This is a vital role supporting a growing sales team and business. You'll handle everything from accounts payable to monthly reporting with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable and maintain general ledger entries.
- Reconcile bank accounts and financial statements monthly.
- Prepare reports for leadership and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
- Process payroll and coordinate with HR on employee records.
- Support tax filings and prepare documents for annual audits.
- Organize and maintain vendor and invoice files.
- Assist with budgeting and cash flow monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in bookkeeping and accounting experience.
- 5+ years in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
