The role:

As the Spare Parts & Accessories Warehouse Manager, you will: 

Lead and manage Team Leaders, Supervisor and warehouse staff 

Manage labour, material, transport and container costs

Analyse inventory-related issues and present monthly reports to management 

Direct staff in unloading shipping containers and position stock within allocated warehouse areas to optimise warehouse performance 

Plan and liaise with warehouse staff to ensure delivery and dispatch windows are achieved  

Report inventory levels to senior executives across sales and operations department 

Identify and introduce ‘Best Practice’ warehouse and site management systems that optimise stock movement and warehouse layout across all sites

Maintain costing data and ensure freight costs are charged accurately 

Recruit, induct and manage all warehouse staff

Manage stock transfers across Australia and New Zealand 



Requirements

You must have proven warehouse management experience, preferably work with parts and accessories products. You will have:

Exceptional people leadership and warehouse management skills

Strong decision-making capability with the ability to manage operating costs 

Ability to present business cases and solutions to senior executives 

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills 

Proven experience introducing and delivering new systems and procedures that promote continuous improvement

Professional qualifications in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Warehouse Management will be highly regarded
