Plastic Molding Technology (PMT) manufactures high precision plastic parts for automotive, telecommunications, medical device, renewable energy, and industrial customers. The primary manufacturing processes are injection molding and thermoforming. PMT has ~100 injection molding presses at its two primary manufacturing locations in El Paso, TX and Centennial, CO (a suburb of Denver). A third facility in Longmont, CO (a suburb of Denver) provides in-house repair and fabrication of tools & dies.

Role Description:

This position is responsible for ensuring proper shipment and receipt of all incoming and outgoing materials for Centennial. 

 What you’ll do:

• Supervise, train, and support all warehouse personnel
• Adhere to and enforce proper safety standards
• Arrange pickup of shipments in accordance with customer specifications for delivery
• Receive all incoming material through proper procedure
• Maintain daily outgoing and incoming shipment logs
• Obtain required documentation for each shipment, such as certification from Quality department, CoC, invoicing and any other required documentation
• Maintain accuracy of inventory through strong internal controls, cycle counts and physical inventories for all material classifications
• Maintain adherence to FIFO
• Assist Engineering in the shipment of sample parts
• Contact and coordinate carriers for pickups daily
• Coordinate all logistics for all incoming and outgoing shipments with focus on compliance and cost savings
• Provide accurate reporting to Upper Management 
• Perform other duties as assigned

What we’re looking for:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 3-5 years of inventory management and logistics experience 
• ERP experience required (SAP, IQMS, Syteline, etc.)
• Forklift certified
• Speak, read, and write English
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Ability to follow detailed directions
• Computer and Microsoft (outlook, excel) proficiency
• Effective communication and attention to detail
• Dependable and self-motivated
