WAREHOUSE MANAGER - NORCROSS, GA

We are the New England and Mid-Atlantic regions' leading service provider of comprehensive petroleum, sales, maintenance, inspection, testing and construction management services to major oil suppliers, independent retailers, contractors and other private & public sector facilities. We service over 170,000 gas station pumps from Maine to Georgia with warehouses in 6 different locations. We are family owned and we are looking for you to join our family!

*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

  • Oversee all activities of warehouse workers and other support staff engaged in the areas of shipping, receiving and inventory
  • Monitor performance and provide training on job duties, company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in conducting physical inventories. Investigate and resolve inventory shortages and overages
  • Administers and supports safety protocols to ensure a safe work place
  • Completes necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner to ensure an efficient and steady flow of information
  • Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Implement and support Quality initiatives throughout branch
  • Maintain account records, reporting and filing
  • Engage in constant communication with sales, service teams and senior leadership
  • Juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment
  • Communicate skillfully and effectively in person or over the phone
  • Be a team player
  • Mon-Fri no weekend work

 





Requirements

  *MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of warehouse and/or managerial experience
  • Effective organizational, planning and prioritization skills
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated Leadership and supervisory capabilities
  • * Valid driving license and clean driving record is a must!! No CDL required
  • Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting and caring equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
