UX Designer / Front-end Developer

Looking for an experienced UX Designer and Frontend Developer to join our rapidly growing team with a strong sense for designing and building products. This role will enable you to work closely with product team, clients, marketing team, and the IT team to design applications related to consumer facing interfaces, analytics dashboards, mobile apps, and more.

You'll work on several products in a collaborative and agile-inspired environment.

To be qualified for this role, you need to be a UX designer with background in graphic design and front-end development.Someone who is both technically savvy and passionate about getting into the nuts and bolts of a product and why it works, as well as being an excellent verbal/written communicator will excel long term.

The UX Designer will lead products from discovery through iterative delivery while maintaining a user-centered approach in design perspective and practice and must have a firm understanding of user-centered design principles and user research methodologiesis crucial for success in the role.

What do you need to perform this role

You have a strong background in graphic design and front-end development using Adobe design products, React, Angular and other programs like CSS, HTML, JavaScript.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions

Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, storyboards, mockups, and/or prototypes

Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates

You have a good understanding of technical issues and relationships

You love to work with clients to create software applications that revolutionize their business You want to play a key role in defining the products vision and roadmap and are eager to work closely with our engineers and product managers to do so

You can adapt quickly to change and handle stress effectively

Plan and design all customer experience aspects of the project

Ensure that the design is in accordance with the client requirements

Ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed the companys stringent quality requirements

Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams assigned to the project

Act as the UX Design point of contact with customers, other teams within the organization and suppliers
