Responsibilities and Duties
• Assist the Account Management team to provide excellent service and meet client’s expectations.
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic files.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and provide solutions efficiently.
• Review vendor quotes and prepare quote for clients.
• Monitor service statuses and actively interface with Dispatch, Service Management, and Field Services to ensure client contractual requirements are met.
• Requires exceptional data analysis and analytical skills to further the success of assigned accounts.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Highly ambitious and want to grow with the organization.
• Ability to work within a team and foster teamwork.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Schedule can be rotating based on coverage.

Position Type and Expected Hours - This is a full-time position based either remotely or at the Metro Tech office in Schaumburg, IL; hours are based on the critical needs of the operation. Overtime will be required as business needs arise.
