What You Bring:
Advanced Education & International Experience: Possession of advanced degrees and substantial professional experience as a sales manager in an international, preferably global, context.
Leadership & Supply Chain Expertise: Extensive experience in multi-level personnel management and a profound understanding of global logistics processes across the entire supply chain.
Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship management and excellent communication skills across multiple cultures and geographies.
Strategic & Collaborative Approach: Proven abilities in strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, negotiation, and solving complex challenges.
