Responsibilities:
Manage the planning and detailed design projects, including management of contract document production (i.e., plan sets and specifications), hydraulic and hydrologic calculations, report writing, and other activities needed to support the planning, design, and construction services for stormwater management facilities. Project may include pipelines, open channels, pump stations, channel stabilization, storage and treatment facilities, multi-benefit facilities, and other conveyance measures.
Work with other engineering disciplines, designers, and scientists, among others, who support specific assignments.
Some travel is required
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental Engineering
Registration as a Professional Engineer
5-12 years of experience in Storm water / Water Resource engineering
Strong design, design management, and project management experience on water resource projects for municipal and water districts across the region
Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (+)
