QUALIFICATIONS

  • Outgoing, proactive personality with a strong drive to meet goals
  • Knowledge of current agricultural practices
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs. as well as sit, stand, and squat for extended periods
  • Ability to safely operate, hook up, secure, and transport equipment
  • Ability and willingness to mentor inexperienced candidates
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to form customer relationships
  • Proficiency with computerized tools and reports
  • Mathematical skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends

Preferred Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or an agriculture-related field
  • 3+ years of account management or direct sales experience in agricultural farm equipment or a related field

AVERAGE DAY AS A PRODUCTION AG ACCOUNT MANAGER

Motivated to increase sales, you appraise trade-ins, lead equipment demonstrations, and oversee product delivery and training. You actively research industry trends, monitor competitors, and stay updated on incentives and financing options. Your ability to develop customer relationships, streamline processes, and produce innovative solutions supports our continued growth!
