Join a leading European manufacturer of high-performance cable gland and cable routing systems into various industries, such as: Machine Builders, Food, Pharmaceutical, Marine, Defense, e-mobility and more. This company has over 380 employees, and now looking to expand in the US market. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our presence in high-potential industries and grow relationships. Ideal candidate would have large amounts of experience from an industry leading business, happy to work independently and can hit the ground running.
Package
Compensation - $130,000 - $160,000 total (base + commission)
Travel 50/60% of the time

- Develop and nurture relationships with OEMs and Machine Builders, Food, Pharmaceutical, Marine, Defense, e-mobility and more industries.
- Travel extensively within your territory to meet with customers, understand their needs, and strengthen partnerships.
- Take full ownership of your assigned territory and act with the autonomy of a business owner.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to support customers, address service needs, and resolve technical questions.
- Drive brand awareness and ensure our products remain top-of-mind.
- Be able to work solo in the US, with strong support from the European head office.
Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Territory Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager Requirements
- Having sold technical products within the Cable Management System market selling cable glands, cable inlets, cable ducts, cable production, cable solutions and systems, assemblies and accessories.
- Qualified with a Technical Engineering degree
- Understanding on technical components, an experienced within the cable management system industry and all associated products
- Must be a hunter with a strong business development mindset
- Be willing to travel across several states, in the Mid-West Region
- Happy to go to Europe for a long onboarding period
