Marketing & Web Designer

As a Marketing & Web Designer, you will be responsible for both the creative and technical aspects of designing, maintaining, and optimizing our website, landing pages, and marketing assets to drive engagement and conversions. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to ensure brand consistency and deliver high-quality, user-friendly web designs that resonate with our audience.

What You Will Do:

• Design and create compelling marketing visuals, branding materials, and digital assets to optimize engagement across various channels.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop eye-catching visuals for campaigns, websites, and social media.
• Create visually compelling web graphics, UI/UX mockups, and responsive design layouts.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance data to optimize web design for conversions.
• Develop and iterate on branding guidelines, ensuring consistency across all website elements.
• Work closely with content creators and marketing teams to enhance storytelling through design.
• Stay up-to-date with web design trends, competitor strategies, and fintech industry standards.

What You Need to Be Successful:

• 3+ years of experience in web design, marketing design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
• Experience with website design platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, or similar CMS.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design, UI/UX work, and digital branding projects.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles, typography, and responsive design.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fintech, SaaS, or B2B experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:In accordance with Illinois' pay transparency requirements, we are committed to providing clear compensation information. The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 annually. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges are subject to change based on evolving market conditions or business needs.
