Logistics Coordinator

When joining WiLine Networks as a Logistics Coordinator, you become part of a dedicated team committed to bringing High-Speed Internet and other services to our customers.  You will work with subject matter experts with advanced network equipment and utilize other disciplines to provide Gigabits of speed over air and wire.  If you like multitasking, enjoy coordinating various entities for a common goal, and are fanatical about tech, we want you on our team.  

Position Overview: 

• Key role in staging and provisioning equipment for service activations and internal network builds.
• Work with our team of Project Coordinators to ensure all equipment is configured and kitted for efficient customer installation.
• Work with the procurement team to ensure proper inventory controls are adhered to.
• Work with warehouse staff to maintain inventory levels for forecasted service delivery.
• Work with internal engineering resources and our global provisioning teams to ensure the equipment configurations needed are evolving based on Project Coordinators’ requirements.
• Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company’s services, delivery criteria, and solutions for possible issues.
• Visit job sites to gather requirements.
• Update database and job tickets as new information becomes available and when tasks are completed.
• Document provisioning specifics and verify receipt of criteria to the field team.
• Compile data collected from field surveys and create building diagrams for installation plans to support new customer and internal network builds.
• Coordinate 3rd party work with internal and external riser management staff, roofers, and electricians.

•  2+ years of experience in a related field or position
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. 
• We are passionate about customer service; you should be too.
• Ability to stay on task when working individually.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license. 
• Operate hand tools. 
• Strong written skills to effectively interact with our global workforce
