As Junior Art Director, you will play a key role in the ideation and execution of visually stunning, brand-aligned creative content across digital and print platforms. You will work closely with our Brand Director, Creative Director, and agency partners to create compelling visual narratives that reflect the sophistication and innovation of our brand.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Development

  • Develop, propose, and produce original content from ideation through final execution. Ensure every aspect of the asset reflects the brand’s tone, aesthetic, and standards of excellence.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to brainstorm and develop creative concepts, campaign visuals, and promotional assets.

Presentation & Storytelling

  • Create impactful layouts, storyboards, and mockups for both client-facing presentations and internal creative reviews.

  • Assist in planning, directing, and executing photo shoots, video productions, and other content creation efforts.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints, from marketing campaigns to social media graphics and member communications.

  • Stay ahead of industry and cultural trends. Regularly propose fresh, innovative ideas to keep the brand experience on the cutting edge.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • A compelling portfolio showcasing creative thinking, content creation, and design execution.

  • A deep understanding of social media and internet culture, with the ability to craft content that resonates across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

  • An eye for detail, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

  • Passion for luxury, lifestyle, and visual storytelling.

  • Strong copywriting skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to sit or stand at a workstation and use a computer for extended periods of time.

  • Must be able to occasionally lift and carry items up to 25 pounds (e.g., production equipment, prop materials).

  • Willingness to travel locally for on-site content shoots, creative meetings, and event activations.

  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment either in office or on-location, including both indoor and outdoor settings.

  • Availability for occasional evening or weekend work in support of club events, shoots, or creative deadlines.
