We're seeking a Warehouse Manager in Dandenong South VIC to oversee high-volume cold storage operations! What you'll be responsible for 🔧

• Building and leading a high-performing warehouse team from the ground up

• Overseeing staging, inbound/outbound logistics, inventory flow, and space optimisation
• Driving SOPs, safety, and compliance across a fast-paced environment
• Mentoring and upskilling staff to grow their technical ability and ownership
• Collaborating cross-functionally with transport, customer service, and leadership
• Ensuring the facility runs like a well-oiled machine—today, tomorrow, and as we scale

• You’ve led warehouse teams across 5,000–6,500 sqm facilities or more, and know how to make the space work.
