St Trinity is a leading Australian property-investment and wealth-creation business. We produce high-impact video content—from in-depth YouTube analyses to short-form social clips—that educates, inspires and converts our audience of property investors and finance enthusiasts.
We’re seeking a mid-to-senior Video Editor with a proven track record in wealth, finance or property content. You’ll craft daily long- and short-form videos—culling footage, reshaping talking-head segments and building compelling narratives that keep viewers watching and coming back for more.
Daily Content Production: Edit and deliver both long-form (YouTube) and short-form (Reels/TikTok/LinkedIn) videos on a daily cadence.
Talking-Head Expertise: Polish talking-head footage—selecting the best takes, tightening pacing and enhancing on-screen presence.
Engagement-Driven Editing: Identify and remove “dead air” or off-topic segments; reorder talking points non-linearly to serve a clear story arc.
Platform Optimization: Export and format deliverables to platform specs (aspect ratios, file sizes, captions).
Collaborative Workflow: Work closely with scriptwriters, on-camera talent and motion-graphics teammates to ensure brand consistency and production quality.
Post-Production Polishing: Perform color grading, audio mixing and basic motion-graphics (Lower thirds, titles) as needed.
Versioning & Repurposing: Rapidly spin up multiple cutdowns (e.g. 2-minute highlights, 30-second teasers) from each session.
Volume:
~20–25 short-form clips per week
4–6 long-form YouTube videos per month
Engagement:
Average watch-time ↑ 10% month-on-month
Subscriber growth targets (as defined quarterly)
Quality:
<5% rework rate on first cuts
Consistent brand alignment across all assets
What You’ll Bring
Experience: 3–5 years of professional video editing, with a portfolio of wealth/finance/property videos.
Technical Proficiency:
Expert in Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
Comfortable with After Effects (motion-graphics a plus)
Strong audio-editing skills (noise reduction, level balancing)
Narrative Instinct: You know instinctively which moments will hook an investor-audience and how to reorder segments to amplify impact.
Self-Starter Attitude: Ability to manage a daily workload, hit tight deadlines, and pivot quickly on feedback.
Communication: Clear, proactive updates and receptive to direction from remote stakeholders.
Competitive Salary: Market-aligned for mid-to-senior talent in the Philippines
Equipment Stipend: One-off allowance for hardware/software upgrades
Training & Development: Annual budget for courses, conferences or certifications
Flexible Schedule: Core collaboration hours with freedom to structure your day
