Job purpose
The SR Supply Chain Analyst – Business System Solutions will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain operations by leveraging software solutions. In this capacity, you will collaborate with the Director of Supply Chain & Senior Supply Chain Manager to define, build, and maintain workflows related to software solutions, ensuring seamless product and vendor onboarding and upholding data governance standards.
Duties and responsibilities
- Support Product Information Management (PIM) solution implementation
- Manage day-to-day functioning of PIM software platform
- Define, build, and maintain workflows within the platform to improve, operationalize and streamline relevant business processes across different teams
- Engage cross functional teams across the company to create and drive process implementation, including but not limited to, Supply Chain, IT, Marketing/EComm, transportation, and EH&S
- Create and maintain export data feeds from PIM to meet the needs of internal systems integration requirements as well as external customer data needs
- Create and manage business rules, processes and workflows directly in PIM to support organizational needs
- Oversee the proper onboarding of new products into the PIM, collaborating with Product Management, Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Ecommerce teams as needed.
- Support product vendor on-boarding as needed as well as identify and implement solutions for improved collaboration with our product suppliers
- Act as the organizational subject matter expert, delivering internal training on new and existing functionality
- Become product expert, optimizing the organization’s use of the product and taking advantage of new product features and services as they become available
- Develops and delivers reporting as needed about product and vendor product data completeness and accuracy throughout
- Develop internal data governance standards to drive consistency on how data is gathered, stored and processed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, administration or related field required
- 3-5 years experience in data collection and syndication, interfaces, and processes
- PIM platform experience preferred
- Action-oriented, with strong planning and organization, priority setting, and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to perform and adapt in a changing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
