Key Responsibilities:  
 
Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Manage and oversee all digital marketing channels including websites, emails, social media, and online advertising campaigns.  
Affiliate Marketing: Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs. Collaborate with affiliate partners to maximize ROI.  
Paid Advertising: Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).  
Google and Meta Ads: Manage and optimize Google AdWords and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns. Perform keyword research and manage bidding strategies. Develop ad creatives and perform A/B testing to ensure maximum effectiveness.  
Social Media Management: Develop social media strategies and manage all social media platforms. Create engaging content and campaigns tailored to each platform.  
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget. Allocate budget to different digital channels and monitor expenses to ensure maximum ROI.  
Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to execute campaigns. Ensure all vendor deliverables are on time and within budget.  
Creative Thinking: Bring fresh ideas and innovative thinking to all digital marketing efforts. Continuously seek out new digital marketing opportunities and trends.  
Performance Analysis: Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance metrics.  
 
Qualifications:  
·                 Master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.  
·                 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with an agency background.  
·                 Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.  
·                 Strong knowledge of Google AdWords, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), SEO, SEM, and affiliate marketing.  
·                 Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.  
·                 Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Experience with budget management and vendor management.  
·                 Creative mindset with a young and innovative approach to digital marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
·                 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
