The Headlines:  
In the role of Sr. Customer Supply Chain Analyst working in Calgary, AB you will be part of the Supply and Service team.  You will be responsible for supporting key Customer Supply Chain and Field Sales initiatives, and will drive collaborative planning and replenishment for the Western Canada Division.  

 

This position reports to Manger, Customer Service and works closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Demand Planning and Sales teams, and will have regular direct and collaborative interaction with the customer.

 

The Responsibilities: 

•    Developing relationships with key customer Replenishment contacts and lead collaborative meetings to address areas of opportunities, promotions, and future demands. 
•    Leads/Contributes to internal Supply Chain discussion regarding customer’s supply chain insights or opportunities 
•    Contributes to longer-term initiatives focused around, Sales, Forecast Accuracy, and customer inventory planning
•    Maximizing OSA, Fill Rate while supporting effective functioning of service/supply chain 
•    Gathering data and conducting analysis to drive customer supply chain efficiencies, minimize cost and customer returns 
•    Provide continuous actionable insights that improve supply chain performance

 

The Other Qualifications:
•    You have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or another relevant field
•    5+ years of experience in supply chain, preferably customer facing
•    Outstanding data management skills with Microsoft Office Suite.  SAP experience preferred.
•    Self-starter with the ability to educate, coach, influence and develop others
•    Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives 
•    You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities 
•    You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy  
•    You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
