Special Education Teachers to join our team at schools for the school year 2025-26, we do have multiple positions open for elementary, middle and high school age group.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Special Education Teacher at 10 Points, you'll play a vital role in fostering inclusive learning environments for students with diverse needs. You'll develop an engaging curriculum, collaborate with families, and implement individualised education programs (IEPs) to ensure each student reaches their full potential.
- Design and deliver specialized curriculum, lessons, and instructional strategies tailored to students with disabilities.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure their active participation in their child's educational journey.
- Maintain a well-organized and stimulating classroom environment.
- Provide individualized and small-group instruction aligned with IEP goals.
- Adapt curriculum and administer assessments to measure student progress.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a closely related field (classroom experience preferred)
- Active state Special Ed License.
- Minimum of one year of experience working with students with various disabilities, including autism, learning disabilities, and emotional/behavioral disorders.
- Strong understanding of special education laws and regulations.
