Caseload: 15 students in a resource classroom and 10 students in a self-contained setting
Weekly Hours: 35–40
Job Responsibilities:
As a Special Education Teacher with 10 Points Inc., you will play a pivotal role in supporting students with diverse learning needs. Your work will involve planning and delivering individualized instruction, aligning teaching strategies with each student’s IEP, and fostering strong family engagement.
Design and implement customized curriculum and teaching strategies for special education students.
Maintain open and regular communication with parents and caregivers to support student success.
Organize and maintain an effective, inclusive classroom environment.
Provide individual and group instruction tailored to student goals and needs.
Adapt instruction and administer assessments aligned with IEP objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Valid Special Education Teacher License in the state.
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (classroom experience preferred).
Minimum of 1 years of experience working as a Special Education Teacher.
