This position is #hybrid open to Jacksonville, FL, or St Louis, MO

With design expertise and leadership, you will  conceptualize, design, and produce creative assets based on the needs of the business and as directed by Project Managers, and support the development of the graphic design team.  



Responsibilities
  • Develop compelling visual assets for a wide range of internal and external projects, including presentations, sales materials, advertisements, infographics, and digital content (web, video, and social).
  • Translate complex ideas and proprietary research into clear, engaging visual stories that align with agency and client visions.
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, creative accuracy, and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Contribute to the evolution of enterprise brands through participation in creative strategy and decision-making.
  • Support and mentor graphic designers across the enterprise and agency teams, including onboarding, training, and contractor coordination.
  • Maintain organized design files, manage project workflows using Monday.com, and ensure timely delivery through effective feedback integration and vendor coordination.
  • Uphold brand standards and continuously seek opportunities to improve design processes and best practices.


Qualifications

Minimum Education Requirements: 

A degree in Art, design, graphic design, marketing, or similar is preferred but not required. 

Experience Requirement: 

  • 10-15+ years of experience on a corporate marketing or creative team as a graphic designer.
  • Proven excellence in a highly creative and collaborative, yet fast-paced environment.  
  • Creative thinker abreast of design and marketing trends, tools and techniques.
  • Lead projects in a time-bound work environment.
  • Proficiency in programs including the Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office and Google collaboration apps (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • Experience designing highly impactful and engaging PowerPoint presentations is required.
  • After Effects, Premiere video/motion design experience a plus. 
  • Portfolio or examples of work required.
