Senior Associate UI/UX Designer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior UI Designer to take ownership of the visual design layer across multiple web and custom software projects. You will craft pixel-perfect interfaces that are consistent, accessible, and aligned with UX guidelines and client brand identities. You’ll also guide a small team of UI designers, ensuring quality, consistency, and scalability of all design outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the visual design process from wireframes to final UI handoff.
• Translate UX concepts into polished, functional designs across web and mobile.
• Define and maintain scalable design systems and style guides.
• Mentor and review the work of junior designers on the UI team.
• Collaborate with UX leads, developers, and project managers to align timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure a consistent and high-quality visual language across all platforms and devices.
• Conduct basic user interface testing to validate design decisions.
• Stay updated with UI trends, tools, and accessibility guidelines.

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• At least 2 years of UI design experience with a solid portfolio of web and mobile interfaces.
• Strong skills in Figma and component-based design.
• Attention to detail, layout, typography, and responsive design.
• Experience in working with developers through collaboration for pixel-perfect implementation.
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a collaborative environment.

• Experience in team leadership or mentorship. 
• Handling end to end projects with client interaction.
• Experience in graphic work for branding, logo and creatives in Adobe creative suite.
