Physical Therapist (PT) – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic | Florida

Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 per year

Location: Cape Coral, Florida

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We are a well-established, therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic practice serving communities across Florida. Our mission is to deliver personalized, evidence-based care that helps patients recover from injury, improve performance, and return to full function. We prioritize clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and professional growth.

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient orthopedic team. You’ll work in a modern, well-equipped clinical environment with a diverse patient population including post-surgical, sports injury, and chronic pain cases. This is a great opportunity for PTs who are passionate about hands-on care and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation
  • Track and document patient progress using EMR
  • Collaborate with physicians, PTAs, and other care team members
  • Educate patients on injury prevention and wellness strategies
  • Maintain professional and ethical standards of practice


Requirements
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
  • Active Florida PT license (or eligible to obtain)
  • Strong clinical reasoning and orthopedic manual therapy skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • New grads welcome; mentorship available
