Current need for a ‘Payroll Specialist’
to process payroll and ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and process weekly and biweekly payroll
Receive and process requests for PTO, wage, and other inquires and changes related to payroll
Complete setup of employees in timekeeping and payroll systems
Monitor, adjust and reconcile employee benefits
Prepare various spreadsheets and financial reports related to payroll
Train and support payroll assistant
Skills and Requirements:
Analytical Skills and Attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Punctual and timely
Proficiency using MS Excel and other Office Software applications
Experience working with an ERP system.
