Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. This role will focus on developing and executing strategies to promote our services, managing the
marketing team, driving growth through digital and traditional marketing, and securing corporate client tie-ups.


Key Responsibilities:


 Design and implement strategic marketing plans to promote this services.
 Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration.
 Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
 Manage cross-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, events).
 Oversee on-field marketing activities, including community outreach and corporate tie-ups.
 Engage with corporate clients to establish partnerships and close leads.
 Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimise results.
 Collaborate with the design team to produce marketing materials.
 Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, sponsors, and media.
 Develop content for digital platforms (website, social media, newsletters).
 Organise promotional events, workshops, and other marketing activities.
 Stay updated with industry trends and new marketing technologies.
 Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics.
 Manage the marketing budget efficiently.
 Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.


Requirements:


 Proven experience in marketing management or a similar role.
 Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.
 Experience in field marketing and corporate client engagement.
 Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
 Understanding of marketing software (CRM, analytics platforms, social media tools) &
proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
