We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager – Digital to lead our social media and video content strategy. This role involves managing end-to-end execution of social media campaigns, overseeing YouTube channel growth, producing engaging video content, and amplifying brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a passion for storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and community engagement.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and others to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor and refine content strategies based on performance analytics and industry trends.
YouTube Channel Management
- Lead the growth and optimization of the YouTube channel, including developing a content calendar, managing uploads, and analyzing viewer engagement.
- Ensure alignment with brand tone and audience interests.
Video Production & Content Creation
- Plan, script, and produce high-quality video content including tutorials, behind-the-scenes features, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create multimedia content (videos, blog posts, infographics) that aligns with campaign objectives.
Community Engagement & Social Amplification
- Implement organic and paid strategies to boost reach and visibility across social channels.
- Actively manage interactions with followers and build a strong online community through responsive communication and engagement.
Campaign & Performance Management
- Manage and optimize paid social and YouTube ad campaigns based on audience behavior and campaign performance.
- Provide insights and reporting on content performance using analytics tools to guide future initiatives.
Influencer & Media Relations
- Identify and engage with influencers, journalists, and media outlets to promote brand campaigns, product announcements, and corporate news.
Event Marketing Support
- Contribute to the planning and promotion of virtual and in-person events through content creation, vendor coordination, and event-specific digital campaigns.
Innovation & Trend Analysis
- Stay current with evolving trends in video marketing, social media, and digital tools.
- Recommend and implement new platforms, formats, and strategies to enhance brand storytelling and reach.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in social media management and video content creation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
- Data-savvy with experience in campaign analysis and optimization.
