Primary Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should be excited to dig in, figure things out, and make a measurable impact.
Strategic Leadership & Collaboration
- Partner with leadership to shape and execute marketing strategies that support company growth.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and agency partners to identify needs, solve problems, and create effective campaigns.
Campaign Management & Content Oversight
- Lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, email, print, social).
- Oversee content strategy and ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with our brand voice.
- Work with internal team members and external partners to develop marketing materials that drive results.
Marketing Technology & Customer Journey Support
- Use marketing tools and CRM systems to build campaigns, manage customer journeys, and optimize performance.
- Support lifecycle marketing strategies, including engagement, retention, and win-back initiatives.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Use performance data to inform marketing decisions, improve campaigns, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Track and report on key metrics; suggest new tests and ideas to improve conversion and customer experience.
Website & Digital Experience
- Work with the Content Marketing Specialist and outside agencies to maintain and evolve our company website and landing pages with support from internal and external resources.
- Ensure the digital experience reflects our brand and supports our marketing goals.
Team & Vendor Management
- Manage and coach a Content Marketing Specialist.
- Collaborate with creative and media agencies to execute integrated marketing programs.
Adaptability & Initiative
- Be a problem-solver and a self-starter who’s comfortable jumping into new tools, testing new ideas, and adjusting as needed.
- Stay curious, ask great questions, and look for ways to do things smarter, faster, and better.
Required Qualifications / Attributes
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics, tagging, and how to track performance of marketing programs.
- Attention to detail, copywriting skills, and an understanding of sales and marketing tactics and strategies.
- Ability to drive projects independently and meet commitments.
- Ability to coach and develop team members.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Experience in a CRM or Marketing Automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, etc.)
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or related field.
- 4+ years’ marketing experience including Brand and Content, digital/social media, communications.
- Demonstrated track record for providing exceptional customer service.
Minimum Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift approximately 15-20 lbs.
