The Marketing Manager at Aktiv Insight will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brand. The successful candidate will be tasked with building a strategic vision for marketing our products and services and must be adept at driving leads through various advertising platforms. This role calls for a creative and analytical professional who can not only devise comprehensive marketing strategies but also effectively implement them.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee the overall marketing strategy for the company.
- Lead and execute campaigns across multiple platforms, focusing on innovative lead generation techniques.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and areas of improvement.
- Utilize data and metrics to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
- Handle the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum Return on Investment (ROI).
- Oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.
- Communicate with external agencies and vendors to establish and monitor marketing projects.
- Provide leadership and insight into the growth of online and offline marketing channels.
- Engage audiences through social media platforms and optimize strategies for engagement and conversion.
- Maintain the brand’s corporate image and identity across all marketing and public relations channels.
- Regularly report achievements and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role with a minimum of 5 years in the marketing field.
- Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns and other paid ad platforms.
- Exceptional communication and organization skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Adept at making data-driven marketing decisions using surveys, focus groups, and market analysis.
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
