Our Sales team has a unique mission to help make government contractors aware of the deep impact that GovDash's platform can have on their ability to win and manage contracts.
We’re hiring a high-energy SDR to book qualified meetings with government contractors who will benefit from GovDash. The role is simple: start conversations, qualify leads, and get meetings on the calendar.

Our platform simplifies the complex capture and proposal process, giving contractors the tools they need to pursue, track, and secure opportunities efficiently. As a growing startup, we’re looking for an ISR to help us drive go-to-market success and fuel our growth.
You will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, helping them determine that GovDash makes sense to explore or bring into their evaluation process.
Be the first touchpoint for potential customers - driving awareness and interest
Qualify inbound leads and execute outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.)
Set up discovery calls for our Account Executives
Collaborate with Marketing and other GTM team members to refine messaging and outreach strategy
Maintain clean CRM data and help drive pipeline insights
Have 1–3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales role (bonus if SaaS)
Are a strong communicator: clear, persuasive, and curious
Located in or around the DC Metro area
Understand the government contracting space
Love learning, testing new ideas, and moving quickly
Thrive in fast-paced environments and want real ownership
