Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and design creative visual concepts for marketing materials, websites, and social media.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive designs that align with brand guidelines.
  • Transform briefs into visually compelling graphics and layouts.
  • Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion within deadlines.
  • Prepare and edit images for both print and digital formats.
  • Ensure visual consistency across various platforms and media.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and creative approaches.
  • Work closely with copywriters to integrate text and visuals effectively.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance design skills.
  • Receive feedback and make revisions to designs based on stakeholder input.
  • Create and maintain a library of design assets for the organization.
  • Assist in the production of promotional videos and animations.
  • Perform quality checks on design outputs to ensure accuracy and standards are met.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and printers for production tasks.
  • Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and present design concepts.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio of past work.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for design.
  • Experience with web design and user experience is preferred.
