As a Graphic Designer at POLA Marketing, you will be a key contributor to our creative team, responsible for producing visually stunning and compelling designs that resonate with our clients' target audiences. With a focus on creativity, innovation, and attention to detail, you will bring our clients' brands to life across various digital and print platforms. Your work will play a critical role in shaping our clients' brand identities and driving engagement with their target markets.

• A detail-oriented individual with a passion for staying up-to-date on design trends, techniques, and best practices

• Conceptualize and design visually compelling assets for digital and print media, including websites, social media graphics, email campaigns, print advertisements, and marketing collateral
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and brand guidelines
• Generate creative concepts and ideas that effectively communicate our clients' messages and resonate with their target audiences
• Produce high-quality designs that adhere to brand standards, while pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
• Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to ensure alignment between visual design and messaging

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Minimum of three years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including digital and print media
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
• Ability to interpret client feedback and incorporate revisions while maintaining design integrity
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts and ideas
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
