About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating visually compelling designs and a deep understanding of Adobe Photoshop. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects that require innovative thinking and technical precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design visual assets, including banners, social media creatives, print materials, and digital advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Enhance the visual appeal of campaigns through creative storytelling and design innovation.
- Maintain consistency across all design outputs, adhering to brand identity standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Sometime Saturday is working depending upon business needs
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or retail industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is mandatory. Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite tools (Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) is a plus.
- Portfolio: Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and technical expertise.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
