Electrical Engineer (Intermediate)

Job Title : Electrical Engineer-Intermediate (Hybrid Remote) 

Responsibilities: 

• Assist the MDA Advanced Manufacturing Technology (ManTech) and Industrial Manufacturing team in identifying manufacturing technology and industrial supply base requirements and needs for current and future MDA programs
• Evaluate new manufacturing technologies and current industrial supplier base capabilities 
• Assess MDA and DoD supply base health and use software tools to identify technical risk 
• Identify, define, and monitor Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) projects in the electrical engineering technology area 
• Conduct engineering assessments and identify promising emerging technologies for transition into Ballistic Missile Defense Systems 

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

• 7+ years of related professional experience 
• Active Secret Clearance 
• Demonstrated expertise in project management needed to plan and develop emerging technology capabilities and analysis priorities 
• Demonstrated knowledge of BMDS to successfully develop and optimize technologies for next generation missions utilizing system and component analysis principles required to successfully transition technology with system architecture 
• Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate projects across multiple organizations 
• Demonstrated skill and experience in managing the development of technical products 
• Demonstrated skill in oral and written communications, developing and presenting briefing and preparing technical reports
