Job Description

As a Retail Media Manager, reporting to our Paid Media Director, you will be a key contributor in driving media performance and account growth. Your key responsibilities will include activation & optimisation, reporting & insights, testing and data analysis, and client communication across complex retail accounts.This will be 12 months contract position.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Manage and optimize retail media campaigns inclusive of Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networks (primarily Amazon)
• Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets
• You will independently complete BAU tasks; including but not exclusive of campaign builds, daily pacing, optimising, and reporting
• You will help create professional client facing documents highlighting clear and actionable performance insights
• Interface with clients through written, phone, and in person communication
• Collaborate with our teams to achieve campaign goals & objectives
• Stay up to date with new tools, trends, and best practices

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working in retail media in an agency setting
• Knowledge of sponsored ad & display advertising through Amazon, with experience working in the Ad Console (Sponsored Ads / DSP)
• Experience working with 3rd party bid management platforms such as SKAI and Pacvue
• Experience managing complex retail media budgets
• Understanding of the retail industry and latest trends
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets & can produce high-quality documents).
• Client-centric - You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
• Process Improvement - You seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes.
• Team Collaboration - You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
