Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement DevOps tools and methodologies to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployments.
- Implement and maintain continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines on Azure DevOps and GitHub actions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application development, deployment, and operations.
- Assist in building and maintaining documentation for DevOps processes.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and command line tools.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Perl.
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, Terraform or Chef.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools
- Develop and maintain monitoring tools, alerts, and dashboards to provide visibility into system health and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and establish service level objectives (SLOs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for critical systems.
- Monitor systems and applications, proactively identifying and resolving any performance bottlenecks or availability issues.
Prerequisites:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or similar
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and DevOps principles.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Github Actions, GitLab YAML, or CircleCI.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure (a plus), or GCP.
- Must have Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana (a plus).
- Experience with source control systems such as Git
