Job Description:
Member of 24x7 Cloud Network Operations Centre
Working on escalated/production issues and providing solution
adhering to the SLA
Guide L2 engineers & work alongside for troubleshooting
Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems
through to resolution
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to
resolve customer issues
Should be knowledgeable in Server Administration (Windows/Linux)
Preferred Skills:
Ø Strong hands-on knowledge of setting up production, staging
and dev environments on AWS
Ø Should be knowledgeable in Server
Administration (Windows and/or Linux)
Ø Strong SQL/Windows administration experience preferably
with certification
Ø Strong Database administration experience preferably
with certification
Ø Web server configuration, fine tuning and
management
Ø AWS Cloud certifications - Professional level
Ø Experience working on Cloud computing, DevOps,
CI/CD
Ø Guiding juniors to perform their role
effectively
Ø Excellent oral and written communication
skills
Ø Intermediate++ - Windows & Linux
Ø Customer interaction experience
Ø Strong networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, IP
addressing & Subnetting, HTTP(S), FTP, SMTP, VPN)
Ø Experience working on Scripting languages
Ø Exposure to Automation, DevOps
Ø Experience working on ticketing system
Ø Familiar with ITIL processes
Ø Should be flexible to work in rotational
shifts
