Develop and execute strategies to attract and
onboard key e-commerce B2B and B2C clientele.
Own sales targets, pipeline management, and
conversion rates, ensuring consistent revenue growth.

Requirements
Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or a
related field (MBA is a plus).
8+ years of experience in business development or
sales in the e-commerce industry, preferably within the Middle East.
Strong understanding of regional e-commerce
ecosystems, consumer behavior, and digital trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and
presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales
targets.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
Experience with cross-border e-commerce or
marketplace platforms.
Experience in managing a sales team and working
in a multicultural environment.
