We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our presence in high-potential industries and grow OEM relationships. Ideal candidate would have experience selling technical products to the OEM market, as a priority, as well as distribution and end users.

Package
Compensation - $110,000 - €140,000 
$25,000 - $40,000 OTE (based on targets, however uncapped)

Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Territory Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager Role

  • Develop and nurture relationships with OEMs as well as distributors and end customers, and in high-potential industries.
  • Travel extensively within your territory to meet with customers, understand their needs, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Manage 1 or 2 rep agents within your territories
  • Take full ownership of your assigned territory and act with the autonomy of a business owner.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to support customers, address service needs, and resolve technical questions.
  • Drive brand awareness and ensure our products remain top-of-mind.

Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Territory Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager Requirements

  • Having sold technical products within the OEM market selling electronic components, electronic instruments, electromechanical devices, regulators, electropneumatic products, pressure transducers and controllers.
  • Qualified with a Technical Engineering degree
  • Understanding on technical components, diagrams, drawings, and products.
  • Must be a hunter with a strong business development mindset
  • Be willing to travel across several states, on the Western side of the US.
