THE ROLE:

The B2B Marketing Manager is responsible for executing multi-channel marketing operations that drive referral volume, pipeline growth, and brand awareness across 24 Hour Home Care’s Community Supports division. This role supports campaign development and deployment across email, social media, events, print, and digital channels, with a focus on B2B marketing (90%) and limited B2C efforts (10%). The ideal candidate is execution-focused, highly collaborative, and comfortable working across teams to manage timelines, assets, vendors, and results.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Launch and manage integrated B2B campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including audience segmentation, email workflows, and ROI reporting.

  • Maintain social media and blog content calendars to promote programs and drive referrals.

  • Analyze campaign results, maintain dashboards, and share insights with sales and leadership.

  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Account Management to align messaging and support field activation.

  • Develop collateral, nurture content, case studies, and pitch decks for sales enablement.

  • Manage agency relationships and budgets related to design, print, and promotional items.

  • Plan and execute webinars, trade shows, and conference participation to generate leads.

 

This is a hybrid position, coming into the El Segundo office 1x per week. 

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with knowledge of B2C campaign tactics

  • Strong ability to execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels

  • Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email automation platform

  • Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from performance data

  • Experience managing external vendors and creative agencies

  • Familiarity with social media management, blog publishing, and content creation

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred

  • 5+ years of overall marketing experience; healthcare or human services experience a plus

  • Proven track record of supporting ABM or referral-driven B2B marketing strategies

  • Experience in building marketing dashboards and campaign reporting

  • Exposure to content writing, visual asset development, and digital engagement strategies

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or web design tools is a plus

The expected California Pay Range for this position:
$91,903$101,525 USD
