What’s the role?

This is a permanent, full-time role based in our Gold Coast Hub with hybrid flexibility.
You’ll play a key role in delivering change that brings our Digital Consumer Finance strategy to life – making Westpac the favourite way to pay and borrow. As an Associate Project Manager, you’ll work closely with senior leaders, strategic partners, and cross-functional teams to support projects that transform the customer experience and improve how we deliver in a fast-paced, agile environment.

What do I need?

  • Experience working within complex business or technology environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Self-starter with strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously
  • Commercial awareness and ability to manage small budgets and delivery timelines
  • Desirable: Engineering degree or experience in risk or regulatory change delivery
