Account Manager for Real Estate - Russian Speaking

Park Lane Properties, a subsidiary of Mira Group, is seeking an Account Manager for Real Estate - Russian Speaking.

Park Lane specializes in luxury real estate, property management, and investment services, offering access to exclusive, high-end properties across the UAE.

Role Tasks :

• Provide administrative support during real estate transactions (property closings, documentation filing).

• Document controller.

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

• Gathering all the documents from the agents on the deal closure and sending to developers and collect the commission.

• Strong communication with the developers.

• Handling CRM-Uploading documents//deals closures on CRM.

• Previous sales experience in Dubai real estate
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Knowledge of real estate accounting practices and regulations is a plus.
